How to use:
1. Pour about 20g of cofee into the chamber then distribute it evenly with the press.
2. Pour 10 - 15ml of boiling water into the phin, waiting about 2~3 mins for the powder to soak thoroughly.
3. Place the phin on a spanner then fill in about 40ml of boiling water. The extraction usually takes from 3~4 mins.
4. Place a paperfilter inside the filter chamber, then filter all the insoluble particles out of the coffee brew.
